Ms.Dee is amazing... I'm so grateful that there are people like her still left in this world. Our dog passed this Sunday and we reached out to several local businesses that wouldn't answer a phone..We called Ms Dee and within the hour our beloved canine was respectfully given the attention he deserved...Thank you Mr Ted for your contributions and service...We are beyond grateful...

Everything started out with Dee Roberts who spoke with Mark Kays and made accommodations for my family this was greatly appreciated when Bambie passed. We took him into Kays Ponger Uselton in Venice were Steve. Jones was very compassionate and very professional and helpful . Walt Called us when peanuts remains were Ready we're very surprised to receive an urn and a paw, print in plaster. I was confident the whole time knowing that Dan would take good care of my best friend and make sure that we receive the ashes of our dog unlike other services around here where you don't know if you're getting your remains or not Pett passing is highly recommended. They're very compassionate and they know that they're taking care of part of your family not just an animal. God bless you all for your help.

I’m a little slow in posting this, it’s been about 5 weeks. Dee and her staff, Ayla, were incredibly kind to me during an extremely difficult time. They were gentle with me and prompt in their assistance, understanding the urgency and the delicate balance of my needs and the high emotions of the time. They took care of everything I needed and made things as easy as possible. I’m so grateful for Pet Passings and their kindness.

We had to put our beloved dog, Levi, down one month ago. It was unexpected as we found out he had bone cancer. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done and I was heartbroken and not thinking straight during the time of finding out and then the day we had to put him down. My emotions were all over the place. We decided to cremate him and Pet Passings at Kays-Ponger & Uselton did a wonderful job! They were so sympathetic and heartfelt. They went through all The options with me and once I decided on the urn package I wanted, they did an excellent job with getting it all prepared. The Prices are very good and you get several things. You can’t put a price on your pet, anyway, at least I think that. We have a Beautiful Urn with our dog’s ashes inside a thick red velvet drawstring bag, they did a mold of his paw print, a beautiful pendant that has some of the cremations In it, a gold name plate, a little death certificate, and another card that has the Rainbow Bridge story written on one side and Levi’s ink paw print on the other. I wanted to see my dog one more time before he was cremated and that was arranged for me by Dee Roberts who is one of the wonderful people that helped me through everything. When I went to the crematory, my dog was laid on an American flag with his head on a satin pillow, it looked like he was sleeping. It was such a beautiful way to honor him. I just loved it. The men that helped us were so respectful, they gave us awhile alone with him to say our final goodbyes and were so kind. It is obvious everyone who works there is a true animal Lover so you know your beloved pet is being taken care of. Being able to see him one more time went a long way in Making me feel better. And all of the items I received afterward thar are part of the package I chose are priceless. They were excellent, compassionate, caring, and empathetic from the beginning to the end of the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone who was wanting to cremate their four legged family member. And a special Thanks to Dee Roberts who was my angel on earth❤️

I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved dog, Sophie. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the compassionate services provided by Pet Passings by Kays-Ponger & Uselton. From the moment I contacted them, they treated us with the utmost respect and understanding during this difficult time. They promptly arranged for the pickup and transportation of my dog, ensuring that she was handled with the same love and care as a cherished family member. The cremation service itself was handled professionally, and I appreciated the attention to detail they provided. When I received Sophie’s ashes, they were returned to me in a beautiful urn, along with a heartfelt note that brought me comfort. I highly recommend Pet Passings by Kays-Ponger & Uselton for anyone facing the loss of a pet. Their empathy and dedication make a painful experience a little easier to bear, and I am forever grateful for the way they honored Sophie’s memory.

Very compassionate and professional. Took care of my little buddy of 13 yrs Jackson like a family member. Not only a business but Dee and Ayla are animal lovers also. By the way, Jackson passed 2019, we are loosing another pet"gracie", soon and the price didn't change 1 penny. I let my friends with pets know where to turn to when that time comes. Thank you Dee and Ayla.
